Tribe partnered with the ICF certification programme “Coaching High-Performance Teams”, held in Cyprus for the first time with the participation of Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, founder of Erickson Coaching International, one of the leading ICF-accredited coaching schools.

The event brought together coaches, consultants, and business leaders from various countries. Participants explored team coaching tools designed to enhance collaboration, build trust, and foster a sustainable team culture.

The program was personally facilitated by Marilyn Atkinson, adding exceptional value to the training, as her proprietary approach to team coaching is recognized as one of the most effective in global practice.

The training was co-facilitated by Yuri Zachek, Partner at Erickson Coaching International, MCC and ACTC ICF, President of the ICF Cyprus Chapter, and a business coach and strategic consultant with over 20 years of corporate experience.

For Tribe, supporting initiatives like this is a way to contribute to the development of the professional coaching community and invest in a culture of conscious leadership and high-performing teams.
